After a decade of working closely with couples throughout their wedding journey, I always had some practical advice for them.
As their photographer, I learned how to help couples ease some of their stress. Sometimes it’s validation that they need - permission to take their own lead and let go of other people’s expectations.
To zoom out and get back in tune with the goals they shared with me when we first met.

When I was young, too young to understand, our family albums were stolen. All the photos from my childhood were gone. I didn’t know then how much of a loss it was to be without them.
It wasn’t until I got my first camera that I realised the power of having photos.
I take photos to remind you why you’re doing this in the first place.
I’m totally obsessed with weddings
Folkstone has evolved over the years into something bigger than photography. I’m deeply invested in the emotional experience of every couple that I have the privilege of meeting.
I quickly realised how much is involved in planning a wedding and how stressful it can be without the right tools and mindset.
Over the years, I’ve taken my insights and turned them into a library of tools for helping couples plan their weddings:

❤︎ In-person planning workshops for couples to connect and delve deep into their values and goals.
❤︎ An insightful deck of physical conversation prompt cards you can carry with you anywhere you go, covering dozens of topics you might have overlooked in your planning.
❤︎ A 2- to 4-player card game where you compete to out-plan your dream weddings but everything keeps going wrong.
